1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Customised or personalised orders
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your Vexlo account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose a reason for the return and submit your request.
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 24 hours and share a pre-paid return shipping label (for orders over ₹2,999) or instructions for self-shipping.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to the pickup agent or drop it off at the specified courier partner.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit (your choice).
5. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + fresh order. Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the preferred size or colour. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
