1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vexlo website (“Site”) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following posted changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Vexlo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. All payments are processed via secure payment gateways. Vexlo does not store any card or payment details on our servers.

4. Shipping

We offer standard shipping across India. Orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for domestic orders; however, these are estimates and not guarantees. Vexlo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Vexlo or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vexlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
